Can I Get Braces in Houston to Straighten My Teeth?
Yes, we offer Fastbraces. They apply gentle force to move your teeth in a way different from conventional braces. This orthodontic technology means you can complete your treatment much more quickly than you can with conventional braces, in as few as 120 days. Not only that, but you’ll spend less time in a retainer when your braces are removed. Because of this, Fastbraces are an especially great option for adults.
Do You Remove Wisdom Teeth in Houston?
Yes, Dr. Ali Falahat can perform oral surgery procedures, including many wisdom teeth removals. He’ll use advanced technology like our panoramic X-rays to get a good look at your teeth and the underlying bone and tissue. If teeth are impacted or show other possible complications, he’ll refer you to a specialist. If not, he’ll perform the procedure after thoroughly numbing your mouth with local anesthesia.
Can You Help Me Get a Whiter Smile?
Of course! You have several options for whitening your teeth. To remove surface stains, you can get a teeth whitening treatment in our office, or we can provide you with professional-strength whitening products you can use at home. For more stubborn stains that don’t respond well to whitening, Dr. Falahat can cover them with tooth-colored resin in a treatment called dental bonding. Another option is to use a dental crown to cover stains. Dr. Falahat can help you determine which whitening method will be best for your smile.
How Often Should I See You for Dental Exams?
To keep your teeth in top shape and avoid problems like cavities and gum disease, we recommend seeing us every six months for a dental exam and dental cleaning. To make it easy to schedule these routine visits, you can even schedule appointments on Saturdays!
